These Terms govern your access to and use of Vexora — the premium web design marketplace by EchoBastion Group. Please read carefully before using the platform.
Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Vexora, the official premium web design marketplace developed and operated by EchoBastion Group. Vexora connects clients seeking high-quality website development with skilled, vetted freelance web designers and developers.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Vexora features, tools, and services. By creating an account or using Vexora in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
EchoBastion Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Vexora following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility
Vexora is available to individuals aged 16 and older. Users between the ages of 16 and 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before registering. By using Vexora, you represent and warrant that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Freelancers listing services on Vexora must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. EchoBastion Group reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Description of Services
Vexora is a marketplace platform that enables clients to browse, hire, and manage professional web designers and developers to build top-tier websites and digital products. Services available through Vexora include but are not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- E-commerce store builds and configuration
- Landing page and portfolio creation
- Website redesigns and performance optimization
- CMS integration and ongoing maintenance packages
EchoBastion Group operates Vexora as a platform intermediary and does not directly perform web design services. All work is carried out by independent freelancers who have agreed to Vexora's Freelancer Standards.
Freelancer Conduct
Freelancers registered on Vexora agree to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct. By listing services on Vexora, freelancers agree to:
- Accurately represent their skills, experience, and portfolio
- Deliver work that meets or exceeds the agreed scope, quality, and timeline
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients throughout each project
- Not submit work that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Not solicit clients to transact outside the Vexora platform to circumvent fees
- Maintain confidentiality of client information shared during a project
EchoBastion Group reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any freelancer who violates these standards, receives sustained poor reviews, or is found to engage in fraudulent activity.
Client Conduct and Acceptable Use
Clients using Vexora to commission web design work agree not to request, commission, or use any deliverable for purposes that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Specifically, clients agree not to:
- Commission websites designed to defraud, deceive, or harm end users
- Request content that is illegal, obscene, or violates third-party rights
- Misrepresent project scope or withhold material information from freelancers
- Abuse the disputes or refund process in bad faith
- Scrape or harvest Vexora freelancer data through automated means without permission
EchoBastion Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate any client account that violates these standards, with or without prior notice.
Payments, Fees, and Refunds
All payments on Vexora are processed through secure third-party payment processors. EchoBastion Group does not store payment card details. Clients authorize payment at the time of project engagement, and funds are held in escrow until project milestones are approved.
Vexora charges a platform service fee on each completed transaction, disclosed at the time of checkout. Freelancers receive their agreed payment, less the applicable Vexora commission, upon milestone or project completion.
Refunds are handled through Vexora's dispute resolution process. Clients may raise a dispute within 7 days of a milestone delivery if deliverables do not meet the agreed scope. EchoBastion Group will review disputes and issue refunds at its reasonable discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed and approved work.
Intellectual Property
All Vexora branding, platform design, interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of EchoBastion Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Vexora proprietary material without express written permission.
Upon full payment of an agreed project, the client receives full ownership of all custom deliverables produced by the freelancer for that project, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the client and freelancer prior to commencement.
Freelancers retain the right to display completed work in their Vexora portfolio and professional profiles unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project start. EchoBastion Group is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising between clients and freelancers.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Vexora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EchoBastion Group does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular freelancer result will meet your expectations. EchoBastion Group acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to any agreement between clients and freelancers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EchoBastion Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vexora, including the quality or outcome of freelancer-delivered work.
EchoBastion Group's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Vexora shall not exceed the total platform fees paid by you to EchoBastion Group in the six months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services
Vexora integrates third-party services including payment processors, cloud infrastructure, and communication tools to deliver platform functionality. EchoBastion Group is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services integrated into Vexora is governed by those parties' own terms and policies.
Termination
EchoBastion Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access Vexora ceases immediately. Active project escrow funds will be handled in accordance with Vexora's dispute resolution policy at the time of termination.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation. EchoBastion Group reserves all legal rights available under applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes unrelated to Vexora.
Data Retention
EchoBastion Group retains user data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate dispute resolution purposes.
